Yes, Coconut Grove is vegan friendly and cruelty free, according to Lily Flame who make the candles in Somerset.

What’s the Burn Time?

According to Lily Flame the burn time of Coconut Grove is around 30-35 hours. The recommend that you burn the candle for around 3 hours at a time, to let the wax melt evenly.

We’ve tried and tested Lily Flame’s Coconut Grove tin and 3 hours was accurate. After 45 minutes to an hour, you could still see liquid wax pooling around the wick. Between 2 and 3 hours, the wax was melted evenly across the tin.

Since this candle is so effective with the wax melting throughout the tin, we recommend taking care when you extinguish it. Many brands recommend using a candle snuffer, which is what we did.
